Halloween Event 2021 Questions

Dear Seekers,
If you have a question related to the upcoming Halloween Event of 2021, please post your question here. That way I no longer have to answer questions over and over again.
Answer: When it comes to skills and stats the results are always rounded down. So it will never go to 4.
Answer: This is used in regular combat, however during the Combat Events, the Two Handed Fighting Skill has another effect: "With both Hands: Deals additional weapon and combat damage. Chance: 5% base chance + 0.2% per point on the Two Handed Fighting Skill." The additional damage dealt is based on the equipped weapon damage and the primary weapon skill multiplied by a random % which varies between + 50% up to 150%.

For combat events are the skills such as Dagger fighting, Backstabbing and melee added all together before rounding down? Dagger fighting 1.9, Backstabbing 1.9, and melee 1.9 for a total of 5.7 which rounds down to 5, or are they treated separately dagger fighting 1.9, backstabbing 1.9, and melee 1.9 each rounding down to 1 for a total of 3?

They are all added up first before rounded down in what is called the "combat skill damage".
Combat Skill Damage = rounded down("gauss curve randomize"(Primary Weapon Skill + Secondary Weapon Skill + Damage Skill (crushing, piercing or slashing) + Damage Type (melee or ranged) * 0.1))

Does the Halloween Event still have a chance to gain 1 honor during an attack? If so, is there any way to tell if you've received that honor, besides knowing what your honor was before the event?

No, there's no chance to obtain an honor while fighting.
