Town Mood bar

I think there's something wrong with the Town Mood bar. It used to stay at around halfway, but now it's all green, and I can give my mood again even though I just gave it yesterday or the day before.

This is not a bug...

Once you added your town mood. The mood bar remembers your action and updates it. It doesn't add your mood over and over again.
If the mood bar is completely green, then that means 100% of the people who added their mood, are happy.
