Town Brewery and Iron Bars

With the changes being made to iron bar production, I am looking for some number crunchers to help find a good buying/selling price for iron bars in Spero.
I am master carpenter and cook, but I have little knowledge of how smelting/mining/blacksmithing works.
Any help would be appreciated, so we can expedite the construction of our brewery and get our drink on.

The changes Aro has suggested are only going to make it much more expensive, unless he changes the mining code back to how it was when iron bars needed 100 iron. If it's not changed, only fairly experienced miners are going to be able to make a bar in a day, the basic iron made will still be 50.
Getting the stone is going to be an all new headache, I don't know about the code, but what I do know is I only got 9 stone when I mined it.

Axel, the change I suggested is to avoid losses. I try to keep my Seekers to play, and like Airy suggested, it is pretty demotivating to loose 1/3 of your iron bars. Ore melting increase by melting bars. So every melter goes to that stage.
Marche has a point that 100 is a little overpriced, so I changed that.
The new code for melting will be activated tonight.
The stone quarry is similar to chopping wood. I assume the price of a stone will be close to that from wood.
