Time of the Realm

The Timer that shows the left time until reset isn't working properly if you keep a page loaded for a while. The countdown is faster than it should be and after the reload it is correct again

To narrow it down a bit. I think the timer runs twice as fast as it should.
I left it unchanged for 30 minutes but the timer showed me that an hour passed since my last reload

Lately I played around the reset timer, trying to make it more accessible. There might be left some work on the timer to get it completly right, but I doubt one time runs faster.
