Upgrade Events

The upgrade events in Spero have not updated since April, although we have completed a number of field upgrades. I checked the Field Events as well, and work done will show, but not the completion of the upgrade.

All events concerning Field Culture Upgrades should now be displayed under the town "upgrade" events.
I'm not sure how the events from the previous upgrade aren't displayed but from now on, they should be displayed properly.
