Has the percent chance for a mood event been altered? I am always at 900+, recently at 1000, and I have not received any mood events for quite awhile.

With mood 1000 during reset you are quaranteed mood event aka 15 extra stamina. Any chance you are confusing mood and town events?

Ahh, yes I was. What is the chance for a town event with maxed rep?

Well I'm not sure, but I think it might only determine the chance of a quality event as opposed to a not so quality event.
