The Vote BTG when you click it and vote. It doubles your stamina. If you have 122, you will get 244.

There is a small chance to gain an extra 100 stamina when you vote. Are you sure that isn't what happened?

Recently a chance to get +100 stamina as a bonus has been added. I've checked your events and I'm pretty confident that this is exactly what happened.
