No rats

Please check to see if there's anything wrong with the Rat Infestation quest.
I got the Rat quest for Azetyth a week ago. I went up at the end of a mining day, spent a few hours looking, and again in the morning for a while. No rats found.
Had to return to Spero, but I went to Aze again on the 5th day. I was there overnight again and 4 hours in the morning until half an hour before reset; checking every half hour while I was online. Still no rats.

This is obviously not a bug.
Azetyth is a clean town and we have no rats!
