Guild Academy teaching

I was unable to apply to teach this morning, because I had applied "less than 7 days ago" - so I can only ever apply to teach later in the day than the week before. If I send my application at 11am this week, then next week I cannot apply at 7am, I have to wait until after 11 to send the application in. That's just a massive inconvenience - if the intention is to stop multiple classes in the same week that's fine, but why restrict the application time for the previous day?!

The issue should now be resolved for future Guild Class teachings. Instead of adding a cool-down of 7 days (in seconds) the cool-down is now remaining time until the daily reset (in seconds) + 6 days (in seconds).
