Cannot place a request for an item at the Buyer's Corner

When pressing the 'Yes, place the request' button it seems like the page refreshes but nothing happens. It stays on the same page and I have pressed the button multiple times. When I check for my request there are 0 request out of 100.

Could it be that you forgot to enter the quality?
If you don't fill in the quality, the result is like you described. I will change that so it becomes more clear.
