Good start link is broken

I tried to buy the good start in Alchemy and ended up with 1 point in Alchemy for 100 tokens. 
 
Grail Castle
   Exchange Grail Tokens for Rewards
      A good start (cost: 150 Grail Tokens)
         Pick a skill to be raised to 20
            Alchemy Skill
 
               Select a skill and increase by 1 point for 100 grail tokens.

I didn't see that the link was broken.  It was weird to select the skill twice, but I just clicked through on the Alchemy link, and the next day I realized that I only got 1 point.

I went back and verified that I hadn't missed the good start purchase. Also I checked that Good Start Riding skill sent me to the same place.
