The Blacksmith Forge

Here is a list of items that can be made in the forge by a Blacksmith. Feel free to add or correct information.

Steel Ounce	2 Coal, 2 Iron bars
Wood axe blade	2 Iron bars, 3 Wood
Wood axe	2 Iron bars, 1 Wood axe blade, 2 Shafts
Iron bar	100 Iron ore, 2 Coal

The products needed for making a product should be of the same quality as the product that you want to make. For example, for making an Expert Wood Axe you will need an Expert Wood Axe Blade. Any other Wood Axe Blade won't do.

Production units

These are the units needed for producing the products.

To provide this book with all information, it is important to know the stamina needed for making the products. Please pass the information you have on to me.

Durability:
The durability of each Item equals half of the units to make them.
Eg: Cheap butcher knife needs 600 units to make, So it has 300 Durability

Durability loss:
The knife - 0.5 durability point is used for every 1 stamina, rounded up
The Pickaxe - 0.5 durability point is used for every 1 stamina, rounded up
The Woodaxe - 0.5 durability point is used for every 1 stamina, rounded up
The Plough - 2 durability points for every unit of work done

Skills to stamina ratio:
0-24.99% - costs 1 stamina per 2 unit required to make things.
25 - 49.99% costs 1 stamina per every 3 units.
50 - 74.99 costs 1 stamina per every 4 units.
75 - 99.99 costs 1 stamina per every 5 units.
100% costs 1 stam per every 6 units

Notes:
Horse shoes : Increases chance of stamina reduction while riding a horse.
Horses Champron: a horse's helmet, and used in the making of a set of full barding. Has no action in-game just yet, but will eventually give your horse more protection in battle.
Furnace has no action either and has been disabled completely for now.

The price of a butchers knife should be higher.
When a iron bar cost 3,50 and wood 0,15 and stamina 1 brons a point then you need: 2 x 3,50 and 0,15 and 0,05 =7,20. But you need 300 stamina to produce it. So the price rises to 10,20.

Butchers knife 10 silver and 50 brons !

You may delete this post after changing the price in the tabel. Could you cange the color of the silverprice in the tabel to a different color?

It does say above the table that prices do not include the price of labor Baron. So, the 300 stamina would have nothing to do with the price.

I missed that remark.

i made a grail plough and it took ages it took me about 2-4 months when i was inactive ( roughly once a week ) incase that helps

That's right. Before the new rule you could make items from cheap till grail. I made an master axe. That took me indeed many weeks.
Now you need to gain some more experience to make normal items and even many more experience to make even better items.

The higher Quality Items are indeed a lot of work However, they do not cost more resources only more stamina. And they last much longer then the usual cheap items.
With the 'new rule', wich is already a few months old, you must have build up some experience before you can manage to make a decent tool. Making items a Grail Lord worthy takes years of praktice

The material needed for a butchers knife seems incorrect. Should be 1 wood instead of 2.

Durability of Cheap knife is 300 with a loss of 25 a time. Cheap plough 500.

I assume the Champron is for warhorses, but what is the purpose of the furnace?

keeps you warm in the winter, or something along the lines of a forge to help with smithing.

A champron is a horse's helmet, and used in the making of a set of full barding.

Durability of a cheap knife is 12 points per slaughter. (slaughtered a chicken).

Also the furnace has been taken off the ingame list and will be added later.
