No new slots for Normal Belt.

As the title says.
Without a belt you can equip 2 items.
With a cheap belt 3.
With a normal belt 3.
So this seems a bit off, either you can equip 4 at normal, or only one without a belt?

The belts have been updated.
Seekers can standard equip 2 tools. If they have a belt they can equip one extra tool for each quality level the belt has!
Remember additional tool space can also be bought at the reward hall in exchange for tokens (although I'm no longer sure this is an useful upgrade).
