Upgraded a Fred's Battered Robes to Grand Master using upgrade points, and now the Charisma modifier is -17.5, i.e. multiplied the negative part by 5, when I believe it was supposed to add 0.5 each level?

Negative equipment skill bonuses need yet to be fixed. For the time being, they aren't applied once the Seeker equips equipment with a negative skill bonus.
