It costs an Elion Heart.
Why is this potion so extraordinarily more expensive than other personal stat potions?

Elion Hearts are so expensive because they require a lvl 100 hunter who hunts for Elions and the chance on find a heart is reasonable small.

I think the question was more along the lines of why it costs an Elion heart to make the potion.

I believe the Charisma Potion was added shortly after hunting was added. Trying to give a use to the new hunting ingredients including the Elion Heart.
