Looter sergeant convention

I did the weekly errand today.
On the way to the Grail Monastery I wasn't attacked at all, which was very strange but no big deal.
Returning to Camaar I was attacked by Looter Sergeants at least 6 times; and no one else. Possibly it was the same Looter Sergeant with rabies.
The ways of the RNG are strange and mysterious, but this was far down the bell curve. Nobody was awake in the tavern so I couldn't compare notes.

The base chance you encounter a monster is 15%.
Once the RNG decides there will be a monster, a random monster is selected from the database that is close to your combat level.
Once in a while the monster will be having a much lower or higher combat level than you. As there are not that many different monsters for each combat level, the chance to encounter the same monster many times isn't very small.
