Town Games Empty Town Games

Just to check, does the bonus point from skills actually work in the town games, or is it not functioning?   I have fairly high personal skills, but I have never in over one hundred town games gotten an extra point from skills, not even in the personal skills I have 40-60 in.  Could be functioning and just a very very unlikely chance, but thought I'd check.

The script was bugged (should now be fixed). It however can't been hundred of games like that but more like 30 - 40 since last update.
