The Town Hospitals gained another update!

Dear Seekers,

The Town Hospitals gained another update!
In the previous version of the Hospital you had a chance depending on your Wound Treatment skill to lower the cost of 10 stamina for each Life-point. This was a confusing and needless system. So we changed it, and made it much more simple (and better).
Each 20 points on the Wound Treatment Skill will reduce the basic stamina cost of 10 with 1 stamina.

In addition, we added anew feature for the Hospital Master. The Councillor in charge of the Town Hospital can now make a tour through the Town Hospital once a day. This tour always costs 10 stamina, but in exchange 1 Life-point gets added to the pool for each 10 points on the Wound Treatment Skill of the Councillor.

The Help-files concerning the Hospital have been updated as well.

Should the councilor get paid for the wound points generated during the walk through?  As it stands he does not, but that may be purposeful as it's a duty and all that.  Though, I would expect him to get say the payment for 2 WP(Since that would be what a GM gets for 10 stamina, even if his walk through and hollering at the nurses-or encouragement in Keliha's case-nets a lot more) just to pay off his time.

The Councillor does not get paid for the efforts. Neiter will he/she get paid.
The Councillor does not receive any experience neither.


But I can/will lower the stamina cost up to 1. So that it really counts as a small daily bonus for the town without making it a burden for the councillor.

I'm fine with a nice even ten-the town hospital walk through is arguable just a duty for the councilor to make sure things get done right.  And not like any other position really gets paid for their time(Not directly anyways, except in the case of corruption).

No other duty involves using your stamina lol

Either way I think its still somewhat useful, I mean, I'd prefer it to be 1 stamina, but for no other reason than it would cost me less stamina Razz

After careful consideration, we decided to keep the cost at 10 stamina.
This will also be applied on the other future council tasks.

Aro,could the same be made for construction? like -2 stam reduction for workers?,50 stam from the construction oversee-er for a 2 stam reduction per unit (which,on units costing 100 should be reasonable)

These council tasks are supposed to be small effects.
Your suggestion can have a little effect or a very large effect. There is no control on it's effect.
So we won't do that.

Actually it would be a rather small effect 25/units a day for a gain on stam - but it would make the work more attractive for younger players
