Field Culture Upgrade

Upgrading the Corn Culture will cost the town 100 Corn and takes 5000 Labour Units.

Enter total amount of Bronze payed for the entire upgrade:

(The given bronze value will be dividened by the amount of labour units to calculate the wages)

We'll need to stockpile a lot of corn for the upgrade then.

Hmmhmm okay, my next batch is about to be harvested, same deal at the Brewery upgrade? The town has an auto buy for corn? I think it will be around 11 corn though, and it takes me about 15 to 20 days to get through a cycle. :S

Ok, since we are overstocked on corn fairly well, I think we may be able to upgrade our yields shortly; unless anyone has any objections

Corn upgrade has begun. Its also a good way to boost your labor skill, which will come in handy when we are constructing our brewery soon.

Im helping build the brewery every second day, so I can get some home jobs done, but maybe can put in some time at the ol corn field too. As a corn farmer it makes a lot of sense.

Weird, the town labor hall is not listing the corn upgrade. I contacted Aro about it.

We were thinking of either another corn upgrade, or maybe a hops upgrade next. Maybe even a vegetable upgrade?

What would work best you think? We can go right from the table of what would benefit the most people, but maybe some people are planning to switch fields soon or something.

Course Id advocate a corn upgrade and because its a very useful crop.

with 27 fields as well, it would benefit the most people.

I think,

The town will try to upgrade all the fields, but it will happen slowly.

Upgrade 1 needs 100, Upgrade 2 needs 200; so its going to take awhile for people to sell this amount at reasonable price/cost.

But eventually, would like to upgrade them all. With 27 corn fields, I guess corn might be able to upgrade first, provided enough corn is sold on the market that the town can purchase.

So you need 200 for the next corn upgrade then?

yup, town already has 100, so 100 more and we can upgrade corn.

Anto, cant remember what the town was buying corn for?

I'd like to get all fields to level 3, but am having a difficult time getting any goods.

Soooo.... We have no bread. There doesn't look like there's a lot forthcoming either as we've lost 14 wheat fields since Anto's last post and are now down to 5. Can we get a few people to swap to wheat for a cycle or three? I'm willing to bake, but there isn't really anything on the market to bake with. I'll be swapping myself at the next cycle (4 days).
