I thought higher quality belts gave more tool slots?

Otherwise, what is the point really?

Higher quality gives more durability on common belts, make them resist longer, similar to most tools. Unfortunately we didn't add this durability loss yet. The quality of rare belts might affect some of the temporary skills on the belt itself.
