Trading at the Witch's Hut

Attempting to trade for a Elion's Heart. It asks for 4 Exceptional herbs.

When I choose 4, the count goes to 0 as usual, but then I get this:

The transaction was not successful!

- You only have Womba's Tusk!
- You only have Elion's Heart!

I'm confused about what is happening here. Neutral
