Interim town management

Hi all 
I've been asked by Aro to take over temporarily as Town Leader. I just want to say that as this position is temporary until JpRagavan's return or a new election, I don't plan on making any major changes. I am here to keep things running smoothly and and keep an eye on things.
All council members, with the exceptions of rerun and silverblade89 who are both inactive for about a month or more, are retaining their current positions. If any current councilor wishes to change positions or be removed, please contact me. If anyone is interested in the current openings, please contact me.
I'm going to look over field upgrades and current town needs and will keep you all updated. If you have any questions or need help with anything, please let me know.
