The Jail won't let me work

Alright...i paid my cruddy taxes so i could work off some of my time. its down to 0. now its saying

Work for the Grail Lords
When you have no more debts you can still do some hard and
backbraking labour for the Grail Lords. In return they will use there
influence to get your penalty reduced. If you keep up the good behaviour
offcourse. By spending stamina, you will lower your penalty points. Once they reaches 0, you will be free once more!
You should pay your depts to Spero first before working on your release!

but when i go to work off my debt with mopping it says:

Work to pay your debt to society
Every morning, at the first ray of light a squire from the Grail
Lords asks for volunteers do backbreaking hard labour. In return The
Grail Lords promise to help you pay of your debts to the town. By spending stamina, you will lower the amount you owe Spero.
You currently have a dept of 0 Bronze to Spero.

Hmm, not that I can help with the bug, but can help with your profile a bit, and have done, Ive taken the image away from the right hand side, that is your banner. But need you to post again to see if your banner is now in the right place.

this sucks though because thats 140 stamina i could have put toward early release i can't do anymore. even wasted 1 today even after it said i was owing 0 to make sure and it still came up

Im sure when Aro fixes it he will give you back lost stamina.

Ah, so there should be a different Penalty timer next to your debt counter that should be counting down? I haven't been in Jail myself, but the two parts posted might bring some confusion, especially since the second text mentions the Grail Lords as well, which seems to be the option to lower your debt counter, not your penalty timer (Working for the Grail Lords lowers the latter). If I get things right.

Also, small typo:

You currently have a dept of 0 Bronze to Spero.

that would be my point...i have paid the debt as i stated in the original post. it says i owe 0 bronze. It won't let me work it off extra with my stamina though because it says i need to repay my debt...how am i supposed to pay off my debt if i owe nothing?!

okay i explained it already but you dont seem to get it.

Step one: go to my cell.
step two: click the mop bucket
it says: You currently have a dept of 0 Bronze to Spero.

Stamina Spent Thus Far:
"17th of Jan 2013 05:22 : You worked for 10 stamina to pay your bebts to the town. Your dept got reduced with 5 Bronze!
17th of Jan 2013 05:22 : You worked for 20 stamina to pay your bebts to the town. Your dept got reduced with 10 Bronze!
17th of Jan 2013 05:22 : You worked for 29 stamina to pay your bebts to the town. Your dept got reduced with 14 Bronze!"


My debt was reduced to ZERO. IT STILL WOULDN'T LET ME WORK >.<

To make sure that i was a time delay on working i looked the next day. Still was unable to work off my penalty because it said i needed to pay off my debt.

"18th of Jan 2013 01:11 : You worked for 1 stamina to pay your bebts to the town. Your dept got reduced with 0 Bronze!"

Today I went again and it still says:

You currently have a dept of 0 Bronze to Spero.

You should pay your depts to Spero first before working on your release!

And disallows me to work for the grail lords to reduce my penalty.

This would make 2 days or 200 stamina down the drain if its not fixed by next reset.

Alright, so it seems Step Three is bugged here. I'll see if I can try it out in a few days and see if I can reproduce it, want to test my luck against the guard anyway

My Marche is a murderer...

Marche finally got caught and as i was passing him his nail file through the bars he told me that it looked like everything worked for him, so none of the same problems that you had at all Bekah.


However, Im afraid he has reached serial killer status, loc
k up your wheat and scare away your children!....especially if they want to be town guards. Me Im contractually obligated to love him...so widows and mothers of all the guards that he has slayed...dont hate me too much.

*** In other words, he followed the suggestions that Aro said he put in there, and it all worked perfectly.

Atta boy Marche! He's pretty tough. Look out for one with a spear and try to loot him, I haven't had luck finding one yet, but I have high hopes.
