Your mood has been raised with 20 points because your Town has won the weekly town games!

Mood is now (990/1000)

So either the mood loss for the last 24 hours was 30 or the mood gain has not registered for some reason..
I use Firefox

It looks like it may have rewarded you with the mood before deducting your daily loss.

The maximum of mood is 1000, if you get more then 1000 it just keep at 1000.
During the daily reset you always loose 1% of your current mood.
There might be some events that take place before you loose your 1% of mood and there are some events that take place after the mood got deducted. It seems the town games happen first and then the mood get reduced.
