Tips & Hints
Dear Seekers,
I would like to make the entrance more easy for new Seekers and try to keep them longer in the Realm.
This would help us to increase the amount of active players. For new Seekers the massive amount of options and possibilities often work confusing and some even might get frightened.
So we should try to improve this!
One way will be a mentor system that still need to be worked out.
Another way is a tips & hint book.
I would like to collect useful gaming hints here and collect them in some kind of ingame book for newbies.
So please add your hints & tips here! Good ones will be rewarded
If you would have any other ideas to make the game more accessible for new players please share your thoughts!

Re: Tips & Hints
Maybe as well as a book you can have a daily tip at the top of the page in scrolling lettering, so it catches the eye?
1. Do the tutorial to get items
2. Eat for free in the first 50 days at the Bisto, no one can see if your eating free or not, so do it! And save up your money!
3. .005 bronze is a typical wage price.

Re: Tips & Hints
I'd tell a new player they should decide what they'd like to do at first and give them information on the things they're interested in. It'd be good if there was a way for players to ask questions easily on the game, then allow others to answer it. I would also tell the new player to invest in ranching cows and/or chickens. I would tell the new players to use their stamina to gain skill and tell them the best ways to gain that skill, rather than just trying to make a bit of money.
Airy, I think you mean .5 bronze but I think a .75 b is a decent wage.

Re: Tips & Hints
They look great Aro, really great idea too.
edit to add: errr is there a way to not have it arrive on every page? when you first log in, its great, but gets annoying when it appears on every page, and people may turn it off immediately.

Re: Tips & Hints
As far I knew it was only on the home page not on every page. I changed it so that you only see the pop-up when you come from the announcement page or when you press the "next hint" link.
Re: Tips & Hints
Since I'm a New Player, I would suggest these...
Do's
- Raise animals in a Ranch (Preferably Chickens & Cows) {Already stated above}
- Do Jobs in Labor Hall to get some Extra Cash (Concentrate on a Single Job)
- Buy a Bed as soon as Possible
- Ask Experienced Players about how to Play the game...
Dont's
- Leave Town Until you Raise Physical Resistance to 5 points.
- Start a Farm until one of the Farm related Skill is 25%
