How does choosing a new town come across for new players? Is it an alphabetical list? What shows up first in the options?

When a player activates his/her account and has to choose a town a list of towns is displayed.
The Town who has the fewest active members (= fewest citizens who logged in the last 2 weeks) is displayed on top.
Standard the select button is on the "I don't really care" option. If the new Seeker would be recruited by another player, the town of the recruiter is standard selected and an message is displayed that this is the town where your recruiter lives.
In case the Seeker picks the "I don't care" option, a calculation is made, if the Town with the fewest members has less than 70% of the town with the the second fewest members, than the Seeker joins the town with the fewest members. In all other cases, the Seeker will join a random town.
