Ranch Wages.
What do you guys think of the new wages for working? Does it make you want to actually work at the ranch? Opinions and suggestions are welcome.

Re: Ranch Wages.
its not necissarily the wage but what it is is this:
You want to get more money for the stamina you put in it and just raising that Im not sure what will happen.
Might have to consult Aro

I'm not sure if I follow you here?
If you raise the wages, persons will make more money....I think this is the only thing that changes then ^^

Re: Ranch Wages.
Animal prices are unchanged, and I think the wages are a good balance between helping the worker earn a wage and the town earn a profit on the animal.

Re: Ranch Wages.
The wages given by the town, the price of the animal and the wages payed to the workers are all free to choose.
So basicly the persons itself can decide how much it should be. if the town ask more for animals, the prices of the animal products should raise also. But that is also free to choose.
I think this is a fair system.
Only things that really are proven to be unbalanced (mostly the basic goods) are things I would like to change rapidly

Re: Ranch Wages.
As market overseer I have no jurisdiction on the breeding program, but if I take a look at it through my 'market'-glasses I can conclude the following. (Correct me if I'm wrong! )
Prices of animals vs. wages = profit
Chicken 110 B vs. 80 B wage = 30 B profit
Cow 550 B vs. 450 B = 100 B profit
Horse 12500 B vs. 1200 = 11300 profit (!!! this is not correct, the town takes more then a gold profit on a horse.)
Pig 430B vs. 350 B = 80 B profit
Sheep 370 B vs. 300 B = 70 B profit.
1- I don't know how the town treasury is doing. I think that it's going good, as it takes a profit from all resource trades. So I don't know if the town should take such strong profits at this time. As it hasn't have any costs to deal with.
2- I don't know how much 'stamina' it takes to create each animals (with skill <10%).
Depending on how much stamina one has, and how much skill one has in 'attitude' towards animals one shall earn more money.
The best thing is to just focus on one type of animal if you work for the town.
And remember: it isn't a bad thing if a 'unexperienced' seeker only earns enough to buy a bread. The economy needs stability in price policies (especially for bread and wages), as his skill rises he will earn more and more...as it should be.
