Stone quarry Bug? Empty Stone quarry Bug?

Not sure if this is a mistake or not, but when I went to get stone at the quarry northwest of sarmiz it had a message saying there's only 7000 more before it collapses and that getting stone would do extra damage.  I'm under the impression it's only meant to do that to the original stone quarry.
