20 silver is nothing to me, the price for selling it to the NPC is 20 silver as well,i earn that amount in a couple of days

You put it up in an attempt to scam newer players, that do not know the scanning function, and that is a disgusting act

Well, its definitely not a good thing lol.  I never inspect stuff myself, maybe if it looks sketchy with the price.  You're getting a little extra short term gain and potentially losing a lot of long term gain this way.  Should only do this in Camaar

For future reference, Dracula did absolutely the right thing here, although was far too condescending.

If you ever want to know the durability of any of my goods just send me a mail. Typically, they are all max durability, but if for some reason they are not, the price is discounted accordingly.

*the town watch wont be one person for long people should not be able to side step punishment for the only crime we have right now. where would it end? getting away with pking? later? ill keep reporting remember the town remembers your crime for 2 weeks. 

I don't jail anyone.  Except if you avoid punishment, then you may get a hefty sentence to serve.

I can't choose jail sentencing or what is a crime.  The penalties right now are too severe in my mind.  It should be adjustable depending on the situation.

Rather than jail pickpockets, I pickpocket them back.  To get more than they stole, if they stole anything ^_^

Mena, in my mind your crime was much more severe, and really Dracula is just doing it in vengeance.  How can I get involved in personal beef?  Its between you two now lol.

Only if I send out an arrest will the town remember a crime.  If I ignore it or the time expires, they're good to go.  Also I think? its only 2 weeks?

For the record, I would jail Dracula in a heartbeat, I just need him to get me some stones first so I can throw em at him.

it was not a crime is simplely sold a tool. he is the one that agreed to buy it twice(click once to buy another to accept) if thinks look fishy you should inspect. he would still be mad if it was 1499/1500 because he couldnt resell it to the npc for 8s profit.

I figured it was some player wanting some extra mechantile skill so he sold it on the market for the same price, not a dirty scammer aiming at newer players

new players cant afford tools. and every new player iv spoken to knows about the inspect button. im a stop feeding you since your starting to act like a troll.
