Field tax bug Empty Field tax bug

I'm not really sure if its a bug or not, but it seems like one.  I browsed through the town's events today and saw that the town hasn't received any produce from a tax on fields since July 27th.  It might just be a coincidence but the town's tax is pretty consistent throughout the month, receiving produce most days, so about 20 days without any is a little weird.
