Taxes Empty Taxes

The Item market in Spero is telling me my tax rate as a visitor is 10%, despite me being a citizen. The goods market knows I am a citizen however.

Buy a Cheap Fishing Potion Your tax rate as a visitor is 10%.
Total tax on item: 13 Bronze.
